WHAT IS IT?

• Ginger flakes, fresh processed, 100% raw.
• Produced in Perené, Chanchamayo Province, Junín Region between 1100-1300 meters above sea level by small producers who are supported in the organic certification processes.

USES To be consumed in infusions, or in culinary dishes after cooking.

BENEFITS

• It has an expectorant effect that helps relieve congestion, expelling mucus from the lungs and soothing coughs and sore throats.
• Ginger is widely used for stomach problems, improving digestion, preventing flatulence, the feeling of nausea, dizziness and calming vomiting.
• It has antiviral activity with respiratory viruses (several studies have determined interesting results with HRSV, rhinovirus, hepatitis C and influenza type A).

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

The flakes go very well in infusion accompanied by honey and lemon. A person with a cold can take up to three infusions per day, since the metabolites and essential oils are consumed.

However, when the product is in powder form, 1g daily is recommended since this product is being completely consumed.
